Publishers should include these terms as negative matches to ensure that they do not appear in broad matched results. Bidding on branded keywords plus generic terms such as coupons or promotional codes is also prohibited. Restricted words may not be displayed in the Headline or Body of your advert. Negative Keywords: Any combination of keywords used must include the negative search term “-giant food” to ensure that your ads do not display when our brand term is searched in combination with any allowed keywords. For Example: Keyword “home delivery coupon” as a search term must include “- giant food” to ensure your ad does not display when consumers search for “giant food home delivery coupon”. All violators will be terminated and your commission will be surrendered to the company. Recommended SEM Bidding Keywords Giant Food recommends the following SEM bidding keywords: Online groceries, online delivery, grocery delivery, Home shopping delivery, Delivery coupon, Groceries coupon, Grocery delivery service, Office shopping service, Business groceries, Business groceries shopping service. Prohibited SEM Display URL Content Affiliates cannot use the following: “official site”, Peapod.com, nor giantfood.com in their display URL. This includes paid search and paid inclusion. Publishers also may not bid on misspellings, or variations on any search engines, or to use these terms in their display URLs. At no time will direct linking to our home page be allowed, as this competes with our own brand search engine marketing. You MUST have a non-redirected page destination for Pay Per Click traffic to land on. You may use trademarked terms in the Display URL of Paid Search Engines ONLY if they are displayed after the "slash" following a URL that you are the owner of. Unacceptable Web Sites The content of the web site and/or newsletter cannot infringe on any personal, intellectual property or copyrights including but not limited to: Racial, ethnic, political, religious hate-mongering or otherwise objectionable content Investment, money-making opportunities, advice not permitted under law, gratuitous violence or profanity, material that defames, abuses, or threatens physical harm to others or to you, promotion of illegal substances or activities such as illegal online gambling, how to build a bomb, counterfeiting money, software Pirating (e.g., Warez, Hotline), hacking or phreaking, any illegal activity whatsoever, any questionable or controversial subject matter, and any spoofing, redirecting, or trafficking from adult-related web sites in an effort to gain traffic Coupons and Promotional Codes Publishers may only use coupons and promotional codes that are provided exclusively through the affiliate program. PR/News Approval Partners must seek Giant Food direct approval for any PR, News, TV Segments, and/or Email placements they are looking to include Giant Food in. Failure to comply with the above approval process may result in partnership termination.
